I'm a 22 y/o male. I was just recently diagnosed with Hypermobility EDS, not to say that I haven't benn suffering through it for my entire life. Years ago while I was in early high school my family doctor thought that prolo tharapy might help tighten my shoulders and help prevent further dislocations. This did absolutly nothing to aid my problems. I would recieve a treatment to on shoulder each week. As a result, I could bearly move one of my arms for about three days out of every week. And the process of attempting to thighten the shoulder capsules by building scar tissue is likely to be at least a partial cause of amount of pain that I feel now every day in my shoulders and upper back. My advice, please be careful. It might not help as much as you would like.
