Given there is such a small amount of us with such a great need I was thinking there might be some way we could get treatment a lot cheaper to compensate for insurance .
I don't how many here are from the uk but it would seem that it would beneift us all if we grouped together.
I was thinking there might be a way we could get a reduction in costs too if we brought over more business..
there must be a lot of people who are in similair circumstances.
of course the only problem with this is the docotors as i'm sure they are getting more than enough business already .
I would be interested in hearing any ones thoughts on this .

I think this is a great idea - even though I'm not a resident in the UK right now. I have been thinking about returning there to complete my treatment so that I'll be with my family while I go through it. What about setting up some sort of fund/foundation to which we all make donations and then when someone needs prolo they apply for a "grant" so to speak? Just a thought. I also know that here in the US many insurance companies don't cover prolo either - could there be some sort of group like that here? Thinking out loud... Lucy
