I understand that Dr. Russ Hauser has written several books. However, has
anyone on the forum received and benefitted from his prolotherapy treatments--particularly in the back, shoulders, or neck? Please let me know before I shell out $500 for each treatment.

i have been to him

he helped but i got pn form the treatment so i had to stop i had it in all the aftermentioend places

the troubel is i had no insurance i paid for it privately and flew over to get it

every 6- 8 weeks

i had 4 treatments he recommends 6 or so

i even read on the old board that seems to no longer be there it can take up to 30 treatments
so it really does vary

I went to Ross Hauser and did not get any better after 11 dextrose sessions. He is in it for the money. I would find someone else. He never examines you and spends no time other than just giving you the shots. You need to be examined every time. I am on my third prolo doctor. I got a little better from my second doctor but did not feel he had enough experience.
