To everyone,

I was wondering if anyone suffers from upper back pain related to rib-head subluxations. It is very painful and I was curious if any of you have had prolotherapy to
try to help keep these joints in place and how effective it was? Thank you

Greg

Hi Greg, sorry I don't have an answer for you but I am a little curious about the problem. Do you mean prolo for the rib cage (chest)? I have upper back pain and
have only had 2 treatments on the thoracic spine. It's too early to tell if it really is working but you are refering to the rib cage right?

Rich,

My problem is not in the chest, but in the upper back. The "head" part of the rib-head is where your rib meets your thoracic vertebrae in your back. I don't have
problems with where the ribs attach (the ones that do) to my sternum. These ribheads often sublux and cause a lot of pain.

Oh,.....ok, I get it. Well, I just spoke to a Doctor recently that sucessfully hits the Rib heads. His name is Dr. Truett Bridges. Email him at:

I am hoping he can help you. It was coincidence that he mentioned that in a conversation just yesterday. hope this helps.

That's funny, his email address didn't appear when I typed it out. Here it is. truettb@mindspring.com
