Hi,
My sister and I are hypermobile and I have always thought that the terrible tailbone pain we get from sitting 'wrong' was related, as it feels like something is out of joint, and the coccyx is actually made up of a series of little vestigial vertebra-type bones fused together, not very strongly. Well, now little sister is pregnant, and from about 5 months along has been suffering terrible tailbone pain! Maybe this is a pregnancy symptom non-hypermobile women get, but she can't seem to find anything about it. Anyone have this, and know of any tricks to help it? She already has to sit on one of those little donut cushions; I am wondering if there are any little exercises or massage moves that would be helpful and still safe for the pregnant set.
Thanks all,
Gwen
