I have recently started another round of physical therapy for my right knee. The kneecap is malaligned and I have OA in it. I am frustrated with the daily pain and stiffness. I exercise and coach. My exercise has to be decreased, any suggestions?

I have read that one the thing that makes OA worse is reduction of exercising the muscles supporting your joints. No matter how uncomfortable, keep those muscles strong.

I am 60 years old, and have osteoarthritis in
EVERY joint. I suffer more with my right knee
and right hip, especially my hip. I live in the
country and have no way of going to gyms or taking
Physical therapy. Any suggestions on exercises
for joints?
