I can't believe somebody starting making it, but I've found what I've been wanting all along - a small trackball style moues that you hold in your hand to use. Your thumd controle the trackball, index finger fits into a ring like space and a button there allows you to click. Two buttons on the top let you select other options like normal mouse buttons - scroll, highlight, etc. It'll take time to learn, but you have to check it out. I don't know if they are available outside of the US, but I would be willing to ship them to you if that would decrease shipping costs.
