Today I had a consult by a therapist who's specialised in unstable joints. She is a very trustworthy person and is determined to help.
Her action plan : First of all she will learn me the difference even the little things, between " normal" people and people with HMS/EDS, every little move that is
different. This way I will learn not to use my HM in normal life.I found out that a lot of things I do are done with movements other people can't even make !I never
knew that, for me these moves where normal.Then we will start little carefull training to shorten the muscels, for instance in water, but no swimming !
By the way, she was also very positive about waterbeds !You move less in your sleep and it adjusts to your body instead of the other way around.All of this is no
cure for pain, but will help to prevent worse !!!

Unfortnaly I live in Holland, so that would be to far away to advice you my therapist.
Anyway I'll update you on everything I learn and been adviced.
