Hi! Due to my dislocating knee I have developed Chondromalacia in both knees and all the rubbing has made me unable to drive. I got hand controls for the car and
after only a month I now have arthritis in my elbows. I'm only 29 and now I cant drive anymore. Any ideas? I think I'll be in a wheelchair in about a year! NO JOKE!
HELP!!!!

I know just how you feel, I am also no longer able to drive. Using knee braces helped for a long time, but due to severe muscle wastage, I can not be 'trusted' to
brake effectively! There must be others who have had similar problems. I am currently having phsio, and hope (try to stop me) to be driving again shortly. My physio
is really good. Prof. Grahame in London sent the physios some really good information, and the result is that for the first time, physio does not feel like it is killing
me, but helping, give it a go.

Hi,
Due to my Orthopeadic shoes I can't drive either. The left one gets stuck under the brakes... kind of dangerous I supose. Not that it matters I can't controle the gas
anyway, how on earth do you step on the pedal only a little?
