I am hoping to start a family soon, but I am worried about my HMS. Basically, I know that your joints relax when you are pregnant anyway - does that mean they will get even looser or will it not happen cos I am already loose enough? I am worried about the combination of looser joints and sudden weight increase - anything that I can do to help?

Plus I am worried about the labour cos I can't get my legs very far apart without the hips clunking out of place, so I don't know how I will get the baby out! I don't want a C-section unless it is absolutely vital because I already have a lot of hideous scars from previous surgery and I don't want to look any worse on my stomach.

Can anyone help out or give me their experiences so I know what I am letting myself in for.
