Have you tried HMS Nederland - I can't remember the url off hand but if you go to the links page at the HMSA site (http://www.hypermobility.org/links.htm) I think! there is a link to them there (under the HMS links..)

Like Kathie wrote; we have an association in The Netherlands and there you can get a lot of information and support. In fact, this Board is the place where most of us met before we had an association. People in Holland, same as in other countries, often have a long way to go before being diagnosed. I went to England to see Prof. Grahame last March and finally got my diagnosis.
