Hello. I was recently diagnosed with EDS type III. I have always been able to put various joints out of place easily, just by a shifting of weight (Both sides of the Hip, scapula up and to the side, put out knees, elbows, jaw, etc.) However, just recently, if I ever move either of my arms up high or behind me, my clavicle will pop out just below the neck. It did not hurt a few months ago, but now it is starting to. I am trying to limit what I do with my arms, but that means no swimming. It even happens when I put on my clothing in the morning, or when I have to put on my backpack for school (I am 16). Anyone have anything similar to this?
