Any solutions for this one? If I pull my bra straps up my shoulder kills me. If I let the straps down I sweat and get intertrigo under the bust. I do not want "cosmetic" surgery for breast reduction, as it looks so painful. Anyway with my luck they will just grow back again. I can't get strapless bras in my size. Help!

Sheena,
I use a bandeau (Unsure of spelling) it is like a band of cotton material that has no straps, but has strong elastic at top and botom. I am by the way relatively small brerasted so am unsure if this will help, but it has been the answer to my problems because not only do I have the HMS/EDS type pains in my shoulder I also have RSD in my shoulder and am recovering from a shoulder reconstruction and suffer from costochronditis as well. I am sure that you could even make one using some strong cotton material (to reduce sweating) some strong elastic top and bottom and if it is still difficult to get on and off then some velco on one side so that you can just wrap it arouns and velcro it shut (no pulling over head etc).
or you could try a mail order or internet store who sells strapless bra's in your size (I am sure they make them, but you may just have to look around).
Hope this helps Sheena.
It is worth a try.
Sharon

would a bra with the "built up" thicker straps maybe help even a little by spreading the weight of your breasts over a larger shoulder area?

Worth a try maybe, good luck!
