I have just found this and was wondering if anyone knows any ways to help ease the pain in back-- Five years ago I was diagnosed with hypermobility syndrom by my chiroporacter-- I have begun running again and the pain is much worse than normal- I would like to keep running if I can but at the moment that doesn't look possible?? Any suggestions to lessen the pain?
Thanks

If you have problems with joints and it is through your being very joint mobile then I think you will find that most experts will strongly state that the worst thing you can do is jarring exercise and back and knees are classic cases where this shows up problems you are having.
The suggestion to lessen the pain is STOP jogging.

YES! There is hope for you. I am extremely hypermobile and have had constant pain in my lower and mid back and neck with migraines for over 14 years. I have just discovered prolotherapy and had my first series of injections this week. The first day was bad, but already I feel wonderful. I have actually been able to hold an adjustment for more than one day (it's now been five). With this therapy you can do anything. Go to prolotherapy.com good luck!!
