I don't know if this helps any but I have one toe on my right foot that is shorter than it should be. I injured the foot when I was a child (before they found out I had EDS former Type III/Hypermobility) and everyone thought I'd just sprained it. I remember being in horrible pain and no one could undestand why I was limping for more than a month after. They thought I was faking it and just trying to get attention!! Well, my feet are a normal size 7 except the one short toe and I now think it was dislocated and when my feet grew, it became shorter than the rest of my toes. I don't know if what you are going through is the same thing (unless you were born with the foot trouble). Have you had yourself checked out by a specialist?

Yes and he said " well that's odd isn't it" and that was about it. I was born this way but it has lead to alot of complications
I now have a new bit of bone growing on the top of my foot. Its discusting I know.

Yes. This is commonly known as "Morton's toe."
