Does anyone got experience with ellbow pain due to hypermobility. I can't bend my ellbow over 90° but after doing theraband exercises last year it hurts from time to time.
Of course both elbows make clicking sounds as all my joints.
I don't know if it's maybe a tennis elbow or something.
