Hi people.
I have finally adjusted to the orthotics I got last summer. It hurts to walk without them now. It's a little miracle.
But my ankles still hurt. I think the bones are still sliding around in there, even though the orthotics correct alignment during a stride.
Do braces like the Breg Ultra Ankles hold the bones in place and minimize the slipping, or just prevent inversion?

I have a pair of soft, elasticated "sports" ankle supports, and the compression from those works well to stop that feeling of the bones shifting around inside the joint. Might be worth a thought.
