I'm 20 and was diagnosed to be hypermobile one year ago and I suffer from joint pain for 2 years now. As a result of too much cycling I got osteoarthritis at least under my knee cap.
I thought of taking liquid glucosamine and chondroitine like the following products:
Syn-flex http://www.activexamerica.com
Arti-flex http://www.drinkartiflex.com
etc.
I know this topic is rather old but perhaps somebody can tell me if it may work or is just completely useless.
Some people with HMS consider Glucosamine and chondroitine to increase the flexibility of the joints. Maybe you can tell me if this is the case.
Thank you

Hey Matze I have tried this remedy, but havent found them to be of much use to me, but my mum who has crumbling bones due to OA and I believe HMS seems to find this treatment to be beneficial. So if it works for you go for it or at least try it out and see if you are one of the sucess stories.Good luck with it all
