I am in terrible pain. Hard to walk, pick up my daughter. Waking up in the night with terrible pain.

I have been reading about Orthosilicic acid, a bioavailable form of silicon. My body is tingling with the first dose. Expensive for a few drops, but I think it will be worth it.

It is supposed to help connective tissue build strength. Silicon is an essential part of collagen that the connective tissues are made of. If you are BHS and have weak fingernails this may help.

I am considering prolotherapy, as well. That is very expensive, more than a $20 bottle of drops, but I read of good results. Anybody have any feedback on silicon or prolotherapy?
