Yes I have heard about and used Hyalunoric acid as well as MSM methylsulfonylmethane and they have actually worked. In combo they relieve some of the joint pain and help keep your tissues healthier than they would be otherwise. Any health food place can help you out as they are available in supplements. I had once injections of Hyaloronic Acid in my ankle. They should help in the early stages of Osteoarthrosis.
It is a kind of artificial synovial fluid (normal fluid in joints).
It did not help. But I think you can at least try, because it has as far as I know not much side effects- I had only some inflammation during the first 2 days after the injection.
