Hi everyone
Anyone have any suggestions for alleviating stiffness, which i seem to have in most joints. I stretch everyday but it doesn't seem to last. Another post suggested water for alleviating stiffness. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I'm don't experience stiffness but do have lots of pain. One thing that comforts me is a long hot shower. I also have one of those detachable shower heads that has several massage settings. It's great and helps me relax.

Hi,
I have stiffness in my back and neck. What I found that helps is Shiatsu. Also try sleeping on a magnetic pad. When I don't use mine I can't move the next day.

Hi Everyone!
Cary, I have found much relief from daily aches and pains (stiffness mainly in the morning) soaking in very warm water. The massage jets in a hottub help relax you in addition to the hot water. Hope you're feeling better!
