I just wanted to share something funny with everyone here. A friend of mine is very involved in yoga; she has been into it for a number of years. A couple of days ago, she explained to me how she was amazed and overwhelmed by a particular move that the instructor wanted her to do. As she described the move to me, I laughed so hard. As a person with HMS, I could show this instructor how to easily perform the move ( of course, I would dislocate my hips in the process, but it would be funny to see the reaction)
