I am trying to get back into tennis again
if your in the same position I'd be interested to hear how you have coped with this.
I know i was closee because I was almost 100% and i don't intend on giving up any if i can help it so perhaps together we can find new alternatives.

i play tennis, was about to post here too asking if anyone had any suggestions about being careful. i wear wrist guards and a knee brace on my left knee, because of hyperextension and chondromalacia in both knees, left it worse and more painful. i would never give tennis or horseback riding up, running, was a very long fight with having to give it up. my advice, is be careful, because that is what i do myself.

I just found out that I have EDS (type III) on Friday last week. I've been having trouble healing from a recent surgery. Anyways, I love tennis. It has been my sanity. I can't stand the thought of giving it up. I have had problems with my SI joint and now understand why. What are the recommendations as far as tennis goes? If anyone has ideas please let me know.
