Does anyone use one of these balls for exercise? Apart from sitting on it and leaning out in all directions, what other exercises do you do with it?

Use your imagination! Have you tried lying on it (that is on your tummy)? Putting your feet up on it - literally - with you lying on your back on the floor? In spite of my teaching degree in sports I have virtually no experience with these balls but I have just ordered one for myself. Do you have children around you, your own or visiting? Get them to have a go on the ball, they are a tremendous inspiration. Have fun and remember: small movements, even tiny, tiny ones are better for our joints and much more effective.
