Does anyone know if there is any kind of insert-seat you can buy to transform an existing driver's seat into something more comfortable?

The seat has 2 problems. The back is too low, giving no shoulder support. Also the angle of the seat is tipped backwards, and I have to fight against it when I move my legs.

Yes, I know I will have to change the car eventually, but until then is there anything that would help? I am in the UK.
