I feel bad ;-( my wrists hurt enormously and make a lot of noise when bowing ;-( also my hips and knees....

Is there anyone who can dislocate his of her shoulder?

Hi Mariette,
I have been able to dislocate my right shoulder for the last 6 years + and 9 weeks ago had a shoulder reconstruction on it. Mine dislcoated when ever i got dressed, rolled over in bed, yawned, sneezed etc etc etc.
