I do not have exactly "hypermobile" feet, but still there is some weirdness about them.
1.
The joint joining the big toe to the foot is bigger on the right than on the left foot, and can hurt A LOT - when I take off my shoes, or when I push on it, or just for no reason.
2.
I often have cramps in my feet and I can deliberately put them into cramp, too, by overstrechting the toes. I can do that all the time, tired feet or not.
3.
The back of my feet show large "outgrowings", I don't know how to describe them otherwise, I am sure my shoes have to be at least one size bigger because of them. The spots look purplish, inside it is soft although by the look of them you would believe they were boney, the skin is not especially thin but, from time to time, can be like peeled off. I did that once, thinking the "things" might diminish but this activity soon became horribly painful since pulling on loose, deadlike skin quickly turned into pulling the living skin and made bloody wounds (yesyes, abit exaggerated). Then try to put back on your shoes - you quickly stop pulling these skins!
Any of this sound familiar to you all? (No I do not wear too small shoes like my mother suggests...)
