This board is full references to prolotherapy, but I haven't found any explanation of exactly what it is. I could also use any specific resource suggestions.

prolotherapy is a series of injections at the point that the ligaments and tendons attach to bone. I have had the injections over the past 5 months
and have had wonderful results.I had terribly painful feet that was restricting my life style I walked 2 miles on the treadmill yesterday without any pain. I received
this treatment
from Dr. Ross Hauser at Caring Medical Clinic in Oak Park Il. I don't know any other Dr's to recommend. Good luck in your quest for help with your problem.

Look up http://www.prolotherapy.com. It will explain every facet of prolotherapy including:

1) What it is
2) How it works
3) Where to get it
4) What conditions it treats
5) FAQ's section

This will clear things up.
