You mentioned you had shots justs about every week, and did not really feel better for about a year. Does that mean that you received 52 sessions? Also, did your Dr. increase the strength of the sodium m. only upon request. My doctor uses .10 to start. I did not ask whether he increases.

Margaret,

For the first six months, I only had one treatment every two weeks. After those 12 treatments I finally started to feel better, and I got greedy and asked if I could come every week because I was healing very well for someone with EDS (due to my diet, supplements, exercise, and probably some good luck as well). My doctor agreed to treat me every week because I will still in rough shape. After about one year of treatment, my results and reactions to the solution declined, and we made the decision to start using liberal amounts of SM. My doctor and I have a very good relationship because I was seeing him so often :) After this point he would rely on me to tell him to increase the strength of the solution because I was not sore enough the next day, or reduce the strength of the solution because I could not move the next day. It's all about communication. Good luck!

Greg,
Thanks for the encouragement. I am hoping I can communicate better with my new doctor. I am trying to keep the faith, but sometimes I feel like I will never get better because of the nerve pain from the instability. I am going to ask my doctor to increase the sm to .20 for my 2nd set of injections. I was not that stiff from 10%. I know Park had said to stay between 2-5. I am hoping that meant 20 to 50%. I will also get my hormone levels tested. It helps alot to get your input. Wish you all the best.
M
