I am wondering if anyone has done or has an opinion on Dr.Fabers accelerated program. What is the advantage of having treatments daily v.s. monthly? does it work quicker or is it just a way to make money?. I have some appointments with him in January for chronic back pain and am wondering if I should participate in the accelerated progam or monthly sessions. Thanks for the feedback.

Hi Sam,In my opinion I wouldn't. See how you feel
after the first treatment and then go from there.
If Park Griffin is reading your post he will let you know too. He has great knowledge about
Proloinjections. Read some of the other posts
at this forum.

Good luck, Karin

hey all,

I've never heard of daily injections before, but I have excellent results from having treatments one week apart. The only bad side to the frequent treatments is that if you have your doctor inject a strong solution, you only feel recovered from a treatment for a day or two, and then the area is re-inflamed all over again. I still have my treatments a week apart and I highly recommend it if you have a high pain tolerance.

The Faber method has it's pro's and con's. If the prolo is being done to "super glue" a hypermobile spine in place, it is a pretty good method. Or if you have a specific area of chronic pain that you want to know how prolo will work on, you'll know more quickly with Faber's method. However, especially in the SI Joint, the faber method can be a hinderance. The reason is that obtaining proper alignment of the SI joint is difficult and the inflammation and congestion from the prolo can make aligning the joint more difficult.

Good Luck!!!
