Hi, Mariette,

I don't have any personal experience with the bach flower remedies but have friends who swear by them. They don't seem to do any harm, and they're also used for animals (esp. dogs; I'm a dog trainer). With animals, if you see improvement you know it's real, not a placebo effect.

Has anyone heard of Emu oil helping in releaving pain? I was thinking about buying some but I'm kind of skeptical.
